🌿 FRIENDLY COMMUNITY REMINDERS

​

Thank you for helping keep River’s Edge beautiful. Please take a moment to review the following reminders:

​

• 🍂 Remove fallen leaves and pine straw from your lawn

• 🌱 Continue year-round weed treatments to maintain healthy, well-kept lawns

• 🌳 Prune trees and bushes away from roadways, your home, and neighboring properties. Landscaping should be maintained in an aesthetically pleasing manner consistent with community standards

• 🌱 Add sod to bare areas throughout your lawn

• 🏡 Clean visible dirt and mildew from homes, driveways, walkways (including sidewalks), and mailboxes

• 🚫 Remove any unauthorized exterior modifications, including garage screens and basketball goals. Basketball goals must be removed from street view after each use

🐾 PET WASTE

​

Clayton County Ordinance Sec. 8-54 prohibits creating a nuisance, including leaving pet waste on common areas or another person’s property.

​

The Association will continue issuing nuisance violations with proper documentation and may refer matters to law enforcement for a possible county citation.

​​

🚗 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

​

Commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, and business-related equipment may not be parked or stored in driveways, on streets, or in visible areas, except for temporary service or deliveries. Vehicles parked in violation of the covenants may be subject to fines and/or towing at the owner’s expense.

🚫 OFF-ROAD VEHICLES

​

The operation of dirt bikes, ATVs, mini-bikes, or other off-road recreational motor vehicles within River’s Edge is not permitted. These vehicles are not intended for residential roadway use and may create safety concerns and unnecessary noise.
